Job Descriptions-Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes
-Prepare employment contracts, announcements, and employee records
-Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs
-Support payroll processing and coordinate with the HR team
-Monitors employee attendance, Leaves and benefits
-Handle HR administrative tasks and maintain filing systems
-Provide support in organizing training, activities, and employee engagement programs
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
-Participate in audits and government reporting (e.g. social security, Visa, work permits)
-Supervise housekeeping staff and manage office consumable supplies.
-Oversee company drivers, maintain vehicle documentation, and monitor fuel usage.
-Support employee relations by addressing concerns, promoting workplace harmony, and coordinating company activities.
