Job Descriptions
- จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบเอกสารทั้งหมดของ Suppliers ให้ถูกต้องก่อนจัดส่งให้ฝ่ายบัญชีวางบิลลูกค้า
- ติดตามใบแจ้งหนี้และใบเสร็จรับเงิน เพื่อบันทึกต้นทุนในระบบ
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ บัญชีหรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ด้าน CS Billing หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องในธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์หรือ Freight Forwarder
- มีความรู้เรื่องการวางบิล ทำบิล ทำราคาหรือความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับงานพิธีการศุลกากร
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน MS (Word, Excel)
