Job Descriptions
-กำหนดแผนงานในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบของฝ่ายบัญชีให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและแผนงานรวมของบริษัท -กำหนดวิธีการและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบของฝ่ายบัญชี -จัดทำแผนงบประมาณการใช้จ่ายของฝ่ายบัญชีและควบคุมการใช้จ่ายภายในอำนาจที่กำหนด -ควบคุมการบันทึกบัญชี ตรวจสอบและติดตามการปฏิบัติงานในฝ่ายบัญชีตั้งแต่เริ่มบันทึกบัญชี จนถึงปิดบัญชี -ควบคุมการปิดงบการเงินและวิเคราะห์งบการเงินประจำปี -ควบคุมการเสียภาษีและนำส่งภาษีต่าง ๆ รวมถึงประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี สรรพกรในการให้ข้อมูลทางบัญชี -พัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของบัญชีแยกประเภท แต่ละรายการที่เกี่ยวข้อง และรายการต่าง ๆ ที่ผิดปกติ -ทำ ตรวจสอบ และรวบรวมรายงานต่าง ๆ ในฝ่ายบัญชี เช่น รายงาน KPI , รายงานรับวางบิล , รายงานตรวจสอบการรับวัสดุ -งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง
  2. ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
  3. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดัน เเละมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
  4. มีทัศนคติดี มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีความซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียดรอบคอบ
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
  6. มีทักษะในการเจรจาติดต่อสื่อสารและสามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ พูด อ่าน เขียน ในระดับดี
  7. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการบัญชี 3 ปีขึ้นไป
