Job Descriptions
- รับแจ้งและให้การสนับสนุนในการแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้าน IT ผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น E-mail, โทรศัพท์ หรือระบบรับแจ้งปัญหาที่องค์กรกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาทั้งด้าน Hardware และ Software
- ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา และ/หรือรายงานสถานะของปัญหาให้หัวหน้างานทราบ
- ตรวจสอบสถานะของระบบ และจัดทำรายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- บันทึกเหตุการณ์ปัญหาด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และการร้องขออื่น ๆ
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงานกับ User ได้ดี
- มีความอดทนและมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
