เจ้าหน้าที่แอดมินตอบแชท (มีค่าคอมมิชชั่น) บริษัท เมืองเกษตร จำกัด – ธุรกิจขายส่งปุ๋ย ยา และเคมีเกษตร สถานที่ทำงาน: ออฟฟิศ ติดตลาด AC สายไหม เขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำงาน: จันทร์ – เสาร์ (Full-time) 8.00 น.- 17.00 น. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ -ตอบแชทลูกค้าผ่าน Facebook Page, LINE, Shopee, Lazada และ TikTok -แนะนำสินค้าเบื้องต้น เสนอราคาเพื่อปิดการขาย -เปิดบิล / ตรวจสอบข้อมูลสต็อก / ประสานงานจัดส่ง -ติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อให้ลูกค้า และแจ้งเลขพัสดุ -สรุปรายงานยอดขายประจำวัน และข้อมูลลูกค้าใหม่
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป อายุ 20-45 ปี
  2. มีประสบการณ์หรือมีใจรัก ด้านงานขาย หรือ บริการ
  3. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี สามารถนำเสนอสินค้าและบริการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  4. มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน ซื่อสัตย์ ขยันหมั่นเพียง และมีเป้าหมายชัดเจนในการเพิ่มยอดขาย
  5. มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Excel/word
