Job Descriptions
ควบคุมและดูแลกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามสูตรและมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
ตรวจสอบความสม่ำเสมอของส่วนผสม เช่น ความหนืด สี กลิ่น และรสชาติของสินค้า
บันทึกข้อมูลการผลิต ปัญหา และแนวทางแก้ไขในระบบหรือเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ทำความสะอาดและดูแลรักษาเครื่องจักรให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
ประสานงานกับทีม R&D, QC และแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส./ปริญญาตรี ด้านเทคโนโลยีอาหาร วิศวกรรมอาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์หัวหน้างาน 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายการผลิตอาหารหรือขนมอบ
- เข้าใจพื้นฐานการใช้เครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติและการควบคุมคุณภาพ
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานเป็นกะได้
