Job Descriptions
•รับเรื่อง-ติดต่อ-ประสานงาน และบันทึกข้อมูลลงในระบบ ITSM •แก้ไขข้อขัดข้องเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่อพวง •ดูแลงานทางด้าน Hardware Software และ Network •ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง กรณีไม่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาให้ผู้ใช้งานได้ •ดูแล บำรุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ •จัดทำสรุปรายงานประจำเดือน •ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย ( ปฏิบัติงาน 5 วัน / สัปดาห์ วันหยุด ไม่ตรงเสาร์ - อาทิตย์ )
Qualifications
  1. เพศ หญิง-ชาย
  2. อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. การศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ขึ้นไป สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การจัดการสารสนเทศ คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Office ในการจัดทำเอกสารได้
  5. สามารถติดตั้งและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ MS Windows, Office, Network, Antivirus, Mail Client รวมถึง Hardware ต่างๆ
  6. มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้งานใหม่ ๆ การแก้ไขปัญหา และค้นหาวิธีแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้อย่างดี
  8. หากมีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
