Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: 1.Develop and maintain detailed project or production plans and schedules. 2.Coordinate with departments such as procurement, production, and logistics to align plans. 3.Monitor progress and update plans as necessary to meet deadlines. 4.Forecast demand and resource requirements using historical data and market trends. 5.Identify potential bottlenecks or delays and propose solutions. 6.Prepare reports and present planning updates to management. 7.Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. 8.Use planning software and tools to enhance efficiency. 9.Assist in budgeting and cost control related to planning activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with planning software (e.g., MS Project, SAP, Oracle).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English or Chinese is optional.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes
Can-Do attitude.
Product Knowledge ,understanding the specifications, features, and requirements of the company's products.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Male or Femail Age 25-35
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have working experience in PMC in the optical company or other relevant industry;
Have experience in operating ERP systems;
Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
