เราคือทีมผู้จัดกิจกรรมกีฬาและเยาวชน ที่ผสมผสานความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ความยั่งยืน และเป้าหมายเชิงสังคมเข้ากับโลกของการแข่งขันกีฬาอย่างมีสไตล์ หากคุณมีใจรักในการประสานงาน คิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ และอยากเติบโตในสายงาน Business Development — ตำแหน่งนี้รอคุณอยู่ หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ •สนับสนุนและประสานงานด้านการพัฒนาธุรกิจ เช่น การหาพาร์ทเนอร์ ผู้สนับสนุน และลูกค้ารายใหม่ •ช่วยจัดทำเอกสารนำเสนอ Proposal และ Presentation เพื่อนำเสนองานหรือโครงการ •ดูแลและต่อยอดความสัมพันธ์กับพาร์ทเนอร์หรือผู้สนับสนุนเดิม •ประสานงานกับทีมภายในเพื่อเตรียมข้อมูลหรือวัสดุประกอบการขาย/การเจรจา •สรุปข้อมูลทางธุรกิจ และช่วยติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของโครงการ สิ่งที่คุณจะได้รับ •โอกาสได้ทำงานที่มีเป้าหมายชัดเจน และมีผลกระทบเชิงบวก •ได้เรียนรู้จากทั้งฝั่งธุรกิจและกิจกรรมภาคสนาม •ได้เติบโตในทีมที่เปิดกว้าง ทันสมัย และไม่ยึดติดกับรูปแบบเดิม ๆ •สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่น มีพื้นที่ให้แสดงศักยภาพ
Qualifications
  1. ชั้นต่ำ ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขาวิชา
  2. ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-3 ปี ในสาย Business Development / Sales / Marketing / Client Relations
  3. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และการจัดทำเอกสารเสนอขาย
  4. มีความเข้าใจในการทำงานกับองค์กรพันธมิตร เช่น แบรนด์ เอกชน หรือหน่วยงานที่สนใจด้านกีฬาและสังคม
  5. สามารถใช้งาน PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva ได้ดี
  6. มีความคิดเชิงบวก ทำงานเป็นทีม และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ
  7. ใช้ภาษาไทยคล่อง หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในกีฬากอล์ฟหรืองานด้านSustainabilityจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
