Working Hours: Mon - Fri / 8:00 - 17:00 Job Descriptions: - Conduct market surveys to collect information that supports product improvement and development. - Manage and carry out tasks related to product testing and certification, including new products, raw materials, and manufacturing processes. - Work on process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and solving production-related issues. - Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, customers, and both government and private organizations. - Summarize test results, development updates, challenges, and provide recommendations to internal teams and clients. - Research new technologies and explore how they can be applied to current operations. - Establish internal product specifications in line with customer requirements and project needs. - Monitor and stay up to date with laws and regulations related to the company’s products. - Support staff training and skill development to build team expertise. - Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned. Qualifications

Male or female, age 35 and above
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, food science, or a related field
5 years of experience in research and development, canned beverage industry, can coating industry, or can manufacturing industry
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
