Position: Parts Executive Location: TC Subaru Serithai Job Responsibilities Release purchase order to oversea supplier and base on consumption and usage. Consolidate and monitor back order from all branches and dealer. Communicate to branches and dealers on any new price revision, parts updates all branches and dealers. Follow and update parts status for oversea supplier. To review parts inventory and prevent obsolete parts. Coordinate with forwarder for parts import process. Analyze cost improvement on importation. To check and review PO of all expenditure for parts import and handing charge. Submit report to relevant department regarding to part procurement and import. Assist warehouse team for inventory checking by half year end with accounting and internal audit. To handle homologation certificate and work closely with the government rules relevant to parts department. Undertake any other duties assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in related field.
Experience in automotive, import parts or commercial or related 4-5 years is advantage.
Have experience or knowledge about import, stock planning and inventory management etc.
Good communication in English, interpersonal and computer literacy.
Process a driving license.
