Job Descriptions
1.วางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและเป้าหมายของบริษัท 2.จัดสรรกำลังคน ทรัพยากร และเครื่องจักรให้เหมาะสมกับกำลังการผลิต 3.ควบคุมไลน์การผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และตรงตามมาตรฐานของลูกค้า 4.ร่วมประชุมก่อนเริ่มงานเพื่ออธิบายวิธีทำงาน และให้คำแนะนำเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการผลิต 5.แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า พร้อมประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ เพื่อให้งานลุล่วงตามกำหนด 6.พัฒนาศักยภาพทีมงาน ถ่ายทอดความรู้และเทคนิคการทำงาน 7.วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มคุณภาพ
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 32-45 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ เทคโนโลยีสิ่งทอ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตในโรงงานเสื้อผ้า/การ์เมนท์ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. มีทักษะในการบริหารทีม และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  5. สามารถทำงานประจำต่างประเทศ (พม่า) ได้
  6. หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาพม่า หรือภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
