Job Descriptions
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities) 1. ดูแลระบบไอที (IT Infrastructure Management) ติดตั้ง ดูแล และปรับปรุงระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์, ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูล (Storage), ระบบเครือข่าย (Network) บริหารจัดการระบบปฏิบัติการ (Linux/Windows Server) ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของระบบให้ทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง 2. บริหารจัดการทีมงาน วางแผนและมอบหมายงานให้ทีม System Engineer / IT Support ติดตามผลงาน และสนับสนุนการแก้ปัญหาเชิงเทคนิค พัฒนาทีมงานให้มีทักษะใหม่ๆ เช่น Automation, Cloud, Security 3. ดูแลความปลอดภัยของระบบ (System Security) ออกแบบและกำหนดมาตรการความปลอดภัย (Firewall, Antivirus, Patch Management) ควบคุมการเข้าถึงของผู้ใช้งาน (Access Control) สำรองข้อมูลและวางแผนกู้คืน (Backup & Disaster Recovery) 4. วางแผนและพัฒนาโครงสร้างระบบ (System Planning & Upgrade) ประเมินเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาองค์กรจัดทำแผนงบประมาณด้านไอที เช่น การอัปเกรดเซิร์ฟเวอร์, ซื้ออุปกรณ์ใหม่ ควบคุมทำงานร่วมกับ Vendor ภายนอก 5. ดูแลการปฏิบัติงาน จัดทำรายงานประสิทธิภาพระบบ (uptime, incident logs)
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขา IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT System / Network อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน (Team Lead / Supervisor) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีความรู้ด้านระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Windows Server) ,เข้าใจระบบเครือข่าย (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewall, Switch, Routing)
  5. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขเชิงเทคนิคได้อย่างแม่นยำ
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
