Job Descriptions
1. ออกแบบสื่อกราฟิกสำหรับใช้ในสื่อออนไลน์ เช่น โพสต์ Facebook, LINE OA, Instagram, Website Banner ฯลฯ 2. ออกแบบสื่อออฟไลน์ เช่น โบรชัวร์, แผ่นพับ, ป้ายไวนิล, Roll-up, Presentation Slide ฯลฯ 3. ร่วมออกแบบ UX/UI สำหรับเว็บไซต์หรือแอปพลิเคชัน โดยจัดวางโครงสร้างการใช้งาน (Wireframe), Prototype และส่วนประกอบกราฟิก 4. ทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาด ทีมพัฒนา (Dev) และ Project Manager เพื่อให้ผลงานกราฟิกสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดทางการตลาดและเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ 5. ควบคุมคุณภาพงานออกแบบให้สอดคล้องกับ Brand Identity, Mood & Tone และภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กร 6. ปรับแต่งงานกราฟิกจาก Feedback อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและรวดเร็ว
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดอายุและเพศ (ชาย / หญิง / LGBTQ+)
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาการออกแบบนิเทศศิลป์, ศิลปกรรม, ดิจิทัลมีเดีย หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในงานออกแบบกราฟิกทั้งสื่อออนไลน์และออฟไลน์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Creative Suite ได้ดี (โดยเฉพาะ Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD หรือ Figma)
  5. เข้าใจหลักการออกแบบ UX/UI เบื้องต้น และสามารถสร้าง Wireframe, Mockup, Prototype ได้
  6. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ รู้เทรนด์ดีไซน์ปัจจุบัน และสามารถออกแบบได้หลากหลายสไตล์ตามโจทย์
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ตรงต่อเวลา ทำงานเป็นทีมและรับฟัง feedback ได้ดี
  8. มีประสบการณ์ออกแบบ UI สำหรับ Web Application หรือ Mobile App ถ้ามีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. มีความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับ HTML/CSS หรือการทำงานร่วมกับ Dev ถ้ามีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. มีผลงาน Portfolio ที่หลากหลาย ครอบคลุมทั้ง Branding, Marketing และ Digital Product ถ้ามีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
