Job Descriptions
-Identify potential retail brands and business owners through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
-Pitch and present available retail space opportunities in malls, community malls, and lifestyle centers.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and mall landlords.
-Coordinate property viewings, prepare proposals, and negotiate leasing terms.
-Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM system.
-Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
-Provide professional advice and market insights to clients to help them make informed decisions.
-Represent the company at networking events, site visits, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and results-driven.
