Job Descriptions

1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence - Lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and guest - Train and coach staff to anticipate and exceed customer expectations - Act as the face of the restaurant — present, engaging, and warm 2. Sales & Marketing Support - Drive sales through upselling techniques and personalized guest interaction - Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze customer feedback and support marketing initiatives - Capture guest preferences and trends to help tailor offerings 3. Operations & Administration - Oversee daily restaurant operations from floor management to stock control - Monitor service flow, cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards - Liaise with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service coordination 4. Team Management - Schedule, train, and manage team members for optimal performance - Conduct pre-shift briefings, lead by example, and foster a positive team culture 5. Business & Reporting - Understand P&L basics, cost control, and inventory management - Prepare basic reports and insights on performance, customer feedback, and sales trends - Assist in pricing, menu strategy, and planning for events or activations

Qualifications

Detail-oriented with a hands-on, proactive mindset
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
Service-minded, with an intuitive sense for what guests want and need
Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
Comfortable using POS systems and basic office tools (Excel, reporting software)
Ability to assist in marketing interpretation and business decisions
