Job description: 1. Evaluate current IT systems and identify areas for improvement. 2. Develop and implement new systems or enhancements to existing systems. 3. Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. 4. Conduct regular testing to ensure systems are functioning correctly. 5. Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes and changes. 6. Solve complex technical problems and debug issues. 7. Provide ongoing support and training to users. 8. Collaborate with managers to meet project goals. 9. Provide 2nd-tier application support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a System Analyst or similar role.
Strong proficiency in system analysis, design, and implementation.
Familiarity with programming languages and tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, .NET Core, Web API, or Flutter.
Experience with database technologies such as MSSQL and MySQL.
Knowledge of ERP systems, web applications, and mobile development.
Understanding of cloud service concepts (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
