Job Descriptions
-ควบคุมการผลิตในสายการผลิต
-ตรวจสอบและติดตามการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิตที่กำหนด
-แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานในกรณีเกิดความล่าช้าหรืออุปสรรคในการผลิต
-มอบหมายงานให้กับพนักงานในสายการผลิตอย่างเหมาะสม
-ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
-ดูแลความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
-ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ประสานงานกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้า ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง ฯลฯ เพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
-จัดทำรายงานการผลิตประจำวัน
Qualifications
- ปวส. ขึ้นไป มีประสบการณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- หากเคยดำรงตำแหน่งหัวหน้าไลน์ หรือหัวหน้าทีมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความสามารถในการบริหารทีมงาน วางแผน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
