Job Descriptions
To specializes in areas of quality control engineering, such as 1) Process control – VDA 6.3 Process Audit as per customer’s requirement, New Model and Monthly Alteration. To advise on QM improvement activities in process as per KPI and customer complain. 2) Product evaluation – Review test/measurement data from current and historical battery test results to determine failures as well as product audit reports with respect to customer’s requirement. 3) Product reliability – Tooling and machine calibration, including ESD Floor, part carriers and equipment. 4) Metrology (cpk, cmk, cgk) – Scanning, leak test, torque tightening (EC-Tools) data 5) Quality data traceability – Nurture the product quality data list (PQD) and ensure the correctness and traceability of all quality data according to the customer’s quality specification
Qualifications
  1. Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic field is a plus).
  2. Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, E-mail, Video Conference, VB , C++ is an Advantage).
  3. Good command or written and spoken English with efficiency communication, German language is an Advantage.
  4. At least 2 years of experience in test engineering for electromechanical systems
  5. Ability to travel and work overtime may be required.
  6. Working knowledge of electrical testing and diagnostic equipment is a plus.
  7. The ability to use test equipment like power supply, multi-meter, oscilloscope is essential. Use of electronic load, battery cycler, Logic analyzer, Monaco software is a plus
