Job Descriptions
งานธุรการ มีหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ ดังนี้
1. รับ-ส่งเอกสาร
2. จัดเก็บเอกสารทางด้านงานธุรการ (รับ-ส่ง ทั่วไป)
3. ร่างโต้ตอบหนังสือทั่วไป
4. ดูแลแบบฟอร์มประเภทต่างๆ
5. ดูแลการเบิกจ่ายวัสดุสำนักงานของสำนักงาน
6. ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการลาประเภทต่างๆ ของพนักงานส่วนแผนงาน
7. จัดเตรียมเอกสารการประชุม ดำเนินการธุรการงานประชุมของหน่วยงาน
8. เป็นหน่วยกลางที่ให้บริการการพิมพ์และสำเนาเอกสาร
9. ประสานงานทั่วไปกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
10. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวส. ปริญญาตรี
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
- เพศหญิง
- ประสบการณ์(ปี) : ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
- สามารถรับแรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดแม่นยำในเอกสาร
- รับผิดชอบงานให้สำเร็จ
- สามารถทำโอทีได้
