Job summary * This position is ideal for individuals skilled in cross-border coordination and eager to learn new solutions to support the Thai team effectively. Key points * Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). * Knowledge of AI and technologies. * Strong research, communication, and coordination skills. * Understanding of product development processes and market-driven strategies. Responsibilities 1. Act as a liaison between the Iocal team and the headquarters in China, ensuring smooth and effective communication. 2.Translate and interpret key information between Chinese and Thai/English teams as needed. 3.Research market trends and identify new product opportunities that align with market needs and customer demand. 4.New product development process. 5.Define product vision, strategy, and market needs. 6.Responsible for planning entire product lifecycle. 7.Present and propose new product ideas to the sales and marketing teams for potential launch. 8.Coordinate and maintain relationships with product partners and suppliers, both locally and internationally. 9.Conduct site visits with the sales and technical teams to observe and resolve customer issues. 10.Monitoring product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and identifying areas of improvement 11.Support cross-functional teams with in depth product knowledge and documentation. Prepare product manuals, specifications, and training materials for internal and external use. 12.Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the successful introduction of new products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chinese, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Knowledge of AI and technologies.
Strong research, communication, and coordination skills.
Understanding of product development processes and market-driven strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
Experience in sourcing or working with suppliers/partners in Thailand and China is a strong advantage.
