Job responsibility:
• Monitor day-to-day operation administrative duties such as customer care, handle all incoming calls, outbound calls, via emails or channels, including customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
• Create case using information provided by the customer in an accurate, prompt, and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to our customers by utilizing the proper tools and methods.
• Coordinate with customers, field service engineer and other departments for a smooth workflow and operation.
• Perform various coordinating tasks along with administrative duties like maintain report and project documentation.
• Perform service revenue summary report, follow up and collect outstanding invoice.
• Issue PR and PO for Service Team.
• Book Hotel/flight reservation for Service Team.
• Other assigned by Manager.
working on Monday to Friday 8.30-17.30 and standby for some Saturday (Paid: OT)
