Job Descriptions
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. - Process purchase orders and requisitions for goods and services. - Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. - Monitor and track the delivery of purchased items to ensure timely receipt and timely payments to suppliers.. - Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available without overstocking. - Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality. - Prepare and maintain reports on purchasing and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases, and relevant documentation. - Ensure all purchasing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. - Work closely with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements. - Additional purchasing-related tasks as assigned by the department head or senior management.
Qualifications
  1. Female
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  3. 2–3 years in procurement, preferably in telecom or related industries.
  4. Good knowledge of purchasing processes and supply chain.
  5. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  6. Proficient in MS Office.
