Job Descriptions
1.สนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน (User Support): •แก้ไขปัญหาที่ผู้ใช้งานพบในการใช้งาน (Mobile, Web, IOT) •ตอบคำถามหรือให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบ (Mobile Application, Web, IOT) 2.ตรวจสอบวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา (Troubleshooting): •วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกิดขึ้นกับ (Mobile, Web, IOT) •ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนา (Developer) หากพบว่าเป็นบั๊กของระบบ •ระบบความรุณแรงของปัญหา (Severity) และลำดับความสำคัญ (Priority) •ตรวจสอบ Log, Error Message หรือพฤติกรรมอื่นๆ ที่อาจก่อให้เกิดปัญหากับระบบ 3.ดูแลระบบให้พร้อมใช้งาน (System Monitoring): •ตรวจสอบสถานะของแอปพลิเคชันให้ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น •อาจมีการดูแลระบบฐานข้อมูลหรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4.อัปเดตและทดสอบระบบ (Update & Testing): •ทดสอบระบบก่อนนำขึ้นใช้งานจริง (UAT) •สนับสนุนการอัปเดตเวอร์ชันใหม่ของแอปพลิเคชัน 5.จัดทำเอกสาร (Documentation): •บันทึกปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไข •จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานหรือคู่มือการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น 6.จัดทำแผนการแก้ไขปัญหาระยะยาว (Long term Solutions): •ใช้เครื่องมือ Gateway หรือ บันทึกการแจ้งปัญหา เพื่อรวบรวมปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายในระบบ (System Improvement) •วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุที่แท้จริงของปัญหา (Root Cause Analysis) •วางแผนแก้ไขปัญหาระยะยาว (Long term solutions planning) 7.จัดทำรายงาน (Report): •จัดทำรายงานการแก้ไขปัญหาของระบบ (Troubleshooting Report) •จัดทำรายงานติดตามสถานะการแก้ไขปัญหาของระบบ •จัดทำรายงานสถานะแผน •จัดทำรายงานสถานะของระบบ Mobile Web IOT (System Monitoring Report)
Qualifications
  1. ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวะคอมพิวเตอร์ และสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีความรู้ด้านการใช้งาน MSSQL SERVER, Azure Coud, Windows Server, Internet information System (IIS) (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. มีประสบการด้าน Application Support
  4. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการพัฒนา Web Mobile API (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  5. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และสามารถสื่อสารกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
