หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Main Responsibilities)
1.จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับใบสำคัญจ่าย (Payment Voucher)
Prepare documents for payment vouchers or
2.สรุปรายงานบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP) และลูกหนี้ (AR)
Record cash receipts in the system AP& AR
3.บันทึกรายการรับเงินสดในระบบ
Reconcile bank statements
4.ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ (Billing) Issue an invoice
5.กระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคาร Reconcile bank statements
6.งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย Other Job
Qualifications
- Age 23-27 Years Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1 years of experience
- Good knowledge of using MS office (Excel, Power point)
- Knowledge of using Excel formula
- Can work well under pressure.
