The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of office operations, including the issuance of tax invoices, quotations, and relevant billing documents. This role requires active participation in supplier meetings, appointment scheduling, and internal coordination across departments. The coordinator will also be tasked with preparing formal letters, reports, and business documents, reviewing internal records such as tax-related paperwork, and maintaining strong, professional relationships with existing clients. Flexibility is essential, as the position involves handling additional tasks or special assignments as needed to support dynamic business needs.
Qualifications
  1. Female , Age 26 - 35 years old
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  3. Proficient in using computers and office software. (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  4. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  5. Positive attitude with strong communication and coordination skills.
  6. Prior experience in office administration or coordination is an advantage.
