Production Manager (Hot Dip Galvanize Process) is responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling all operations in the hot dip galvanizing process to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, optimizing process parameters, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: - Production Planning and Control in Hot Dip Galvanize Conduit, PE Pipe, Normal Bend - Production planning according to production capacity and achievement of production targets as planned. - Control the production process comply with the specification and quality standards that have been defined - Manage the cost and expense incurred in the framework of production process - Control compliance with safety aspects in the workplace - Implement of investment and development of production facilities are effective - Control the production facilities (machines, jig, and tools) are well maintained - Manage activities supporting the improvement of productivities, quality, cost saving, safety, and morale - Support to improve environment of factory - Support Zero emission road map to 2030

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering , or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a Steel Production Engineering or Hot Dip Galvanizing environment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Hands-on experience in Hot Dip Galvanizing or Metal Surface Treatment processes is required.
Additional certifications in Production Management, Lean Manufacturing, or Safety Standards are advantageous.
Deep understanding of Hot Dip Galvanizing procedures, including surface preparation, fluxing, dipping, and cooling
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant quality and environmental standards.
Proficiency in production planning software, and Microsoft Office.
Good command in English both writing and speaking.
