Job Descriptions
1. แจงหน้าที่และมอบหมายงานให้พนักงาน (Rev., Con) ติดตามความคืบหน้าของการทำงาน และ หารือกับทีมเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา 2. ปรับปรุงพัฒนาทักษะและความรู้ให้กับพนักงาน ติดตามผลและนำเสนอรายงานในส่วนของ สคริป , Q&A 3. นำเสนอข้อมูลและรายงานผลการทำงานตามแผนงานรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน ให้กับหัวหน้าทีมและผู้บังคับบัญชารวมถึงปัญหาการทำงานที่พบภายในทีม 4. รับฟังปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะจากพนักงานและประสานกับฝ่ายต่างๆเพื่อปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหาต่อไป รวมถึงปลุกขวัญและให้กำลังใจทีมในการทำงาน 5. ประเมินผลงานของพนักงานตามเกณฑ์ หรือ KPIs ที่กำหนดให้ข้อเสนอแนะและวางแผนพนักงานในทีมให้มี Performance ดียิ่งขึ้น 6. ส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม สร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ พัฒนา และสร้าง ความพึงพอใจให้กับพนักงาน
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. อายุตั้งแต่ 28 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  4. ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 2 ปีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีทักษะเกี่ยวกับ Leadership, Communication,
  6. มีทักษะด้านการจัดการ และวางแผน
  7. มีทักษะด้านการแก้ปัญหา
  8. มีความรู้ความเข้า Logie ของ social Media
