Job Descriptions
- ดูแลเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์,ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆรวมถึงแนะนำการใช้งานแก้ User
- แก้ไขปัญหาด้าน IT(Hardware,Softwaer)และระบบNetwork ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ติดตั้ง,ดูแล และแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานระบบคอมพิวเตอร์
- ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น กล้อง CCTV
- บันทึกข้อมูลปัญหาในระบบ วิเคราะห์ปัญหา รวมทั้งติดตามและรายงานผล
- สามารถติดตั้ง Operating system,Application Softwar และโปรแกรมการใช้งานพื้นฐานต่างๆได้
- จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานระบบ
- และงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา IT,คอมฯ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใจรักในงานบริการ และรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีความสนใจทางด้าน IT และสนใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
