Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลอำนวยความสะดวกด้านสาธารณูปโภค / Around Factory & Gutter Cleanding Control 2.ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของแม่บ้านและพ่อบ้าน / Control work of the maid and steward. 3.ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย / Supervise the work of security staff 4.ควบคุมดูแลรถรับ-ส่งพนักงานเช่น ตรวจเช็คสภาพรถร่วมกับบริษัทรถรับ-ส่ง, แจ้งสายรถรับ-ส่งโอที / Control Bus Transfers employees, Inform Bus Overtime 5.ลงบันทึกและสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายของรถรับรับ-ส่ง / Record Bus Expenses 6.ดูแลสวัสดิการพนักงาน เช่น ตู้ล็อกเกอร์ ห้องน้ำ โรงอาหาร,กุญแจโต๊ะทำงาน / Staff Welfare Control (Canteen Locker and Toilets etc) 7.ดูแลการจัดเตรียมรับรองการประชุม และดูแลผู้มาติดต่ออย่างเหมาะสม / Take care meeting and take care visitors appropriately 8.อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย / Another to be Entrust Job
Qualifications
  1. Age 25 - 28 Years Male/Female
  2. Male/Female
  3. 1-2 years of experience
  4. Knowledge ISO 9001:2015 , IATF 16949:2016 , ISO14001:2015
  5. Good knowledge of using MS office (Excel, Power point)
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Can work well under pressure.
