Job Descriptions
- ให้บริการลูกค้าและประสานงานกับลูกค้าชาวจีนและทีมงานภายในองค์กร - ดูแลลูกค้าหลังการขาย (After-Sales Service) ติดตามผลและความพึงพอใจ รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น - ตอบคำถาม ให้ข้อมูล และดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายโปรเจคฝ่ายมีเดียร์ และฝ่ายการตลาด เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าได้อย่างราบรื่น - จัดทำรายงานการบริการลูกค้า วิเคราะห์ข้อเสนอแนะ และพัฒนากระบวนการบริการ - สนับสนุนกิจกรรมหรืออีเวนต์ของบริษัทตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย วันเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานวันจันทร์-วันศุกร์ เวลา 8:30-17:00 น.วันเสาร์ เวลา 9:30-16:00 น.
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิงหรือชาย อายุ 27 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service หรือประสานงานลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี
  3. สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ดี (พูด อ่าน เขียน) — หากมีผลสอบ HSK จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. บุคลิกภาพดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์เยี่ยม มีใจรักงานบริการ
  5. มีทักษะการจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกัน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
  6. ใช้ Microsoft Office และเครื่องมือสื่อสารออนไลน์ได้คล่อง
  7. หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจสื่อ หรือเคยทำงานกับลูกค้าชาวจีน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
