Job Descriptions
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ •ตรวจสอบ BOM และ Routing โดยเปรียบเทียบโครงสร้างต้นทุนในระบบกับข้อมูลจริง •คำนวณต้นทุนผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น ต้นทุนมาตรฐาน (Standard Cost), ต้นทุนจริง (Actual Cost), ต้นทุนแก้ไข (Revision Cost) เป็นต้น •ติดตามความแตกต่างของการผลิต (Production Variance) และการใช้วัสดุ DC/OHC ของกระบวนการงานในระบบ SAP •รวบรวมและคำนวณต้นทุนผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น ต้นทุนมาตรฐาน, ต้นทุนจริง, ต้นทุนแก้ไข •วิเคราะห์อัตรากำไรขั้นต้น (Contribution Margin และ Gross Margin) ของผลิตภัณฑ์ •สนับสนุนฝ่ายผลิต โดยติดตามสต็อกและการนับสินค้าคงคลัง รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานสรุปการเคลื่อนไหวสินค้าคงคลังรายเดือน (พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องกับบัญชีแยกประเภท) •สนับสนุนโมดูลต้นทุนสำหรับโรงงานทุกแห่ง •รับผิดชอบงานพิเศษ เช่น การจัดทำรายงานสำหรับฝ่ายบริหารประจำเดือน •ทบทวนกระบวนการที่มีอยู่และพัฒนารายงานที่จำเป็นเพื่อลดงานที่ทำด้วยมือ
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี, สถิติ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในต้นทุนการผลิตหรือ OEM มากกว่า 3 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์การบริหารทีมในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการหรือหัวหน้างาน
  4. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ Microsoft Office และระบบ ERP-SAP
  5. ต้องมีประสบการณ์จากบริษัทผู้ผลิต โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม, สินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค หรือ FMCG จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
