Job Descriptions
ควบคุมดูแลงานขายและสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุด ให้กับลูกค้าเพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มยอดขายให้องค์กร 1.รับนโยบาย/ผลักดันแผนในการดำเนินงาน ทั้งในระยะสั้นและระยะยาวเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายขององค์กร 2.วางแผนการหาลูกค้ารายใหม่ ทุกช่องทาง 3.วางแผนเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของลูกค้า 4.จัดสรรทีมงานขาย ให้สอดคล้องและเหมาะสมกับเป้าหมาย แผนงานและกลยุทธ์การขายที่กำหนดไว้ 5.สรุปรายงานด้านต่างๆ เช่น สรุปการเสนอราคา สรุปรายงานภาระหนี้ลูกค้า เป็นต้น
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 30 ปีขึันไปปริญญาตรี หรือ ปริญญาโท ด้านการบริหารธุรกิจสาขาการตลาด/สาขาการขาย หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ในด้านงานขาย อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  3. ประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีม มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา อย่างน้อย 10 คน
  4. มีประสบการณ์งานธุรกิจเดียวกันจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีความรู้ด้านการวิเคราะห์และวางแผน กลุ่มขายปลีก
  6. มีความรู้ด้านการวิเคราะห์และวางแผนการตลาด
  7. มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
