Job Descriptions
1.ประสานงานกับลูกค้า/ซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศ และตัวแทนขนส่ง (Freight Forwarder / Shipping Agent / Customs Broker) 2.เตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการนำเข้า-ส่งออกสินค้า เช่น ใบกำกับสินค้า (Invoice), ใบตราส่ง (Bill of Lading / AWB), Packing List, ใบขนสินค้า (Import/Export Declaration) และเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารและข้อมูลสินค้า เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับระเบียบของศุลกากร และข้อกำหนดของ BOI (ถ้ามี) 4.ติดตามสถานะของสินค้าตั้งแต่ออกเดินทางจนถึงปลายทาง พร้อมแจ้งสถานะให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง 5.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน เช่น ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า ฝ่ายบัญชี ในการวางแผนและจัดส่งสินค้า 6.ดูแลการคำนวณภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง (หากมี) และจัดทำรายงานการนำเข้า-ส่งออกประจำเดือน/ปี 7.ประสานงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านนำเข้า-ส่งออก โลจิสติกส์ หรือศุลกากร อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในระบบ BOI หรือ Free Zone จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. เข้าใจกระบวนการและระเบียบของกรมศุลกากร ระบบ FTA, HS Code, C/O และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งพูด อ่าน และเขียน (หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  5. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
