Job Descriptions
* Handle daily accounting operations: journal entries, invoice management, cash/bank reconciliations * Independently prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and conduct budget analysis * Support annual audit and assist HQ in preparing consolidated financial statements * Manage tax filings (VAT, WHT) and liaise with external tax consultants * Communicate directly with the Taiwan HQ finance team for reporting and documentation * Assist with other finance or administrative tasks as assigned ------------- * จัดการงานบัญชีประจำวัน เช่น การบันทึกบัญชี รายงานรายรับรายจ่าย และการจัดการใบแจ้งหนี้ * จัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน (งบกำไรขาดทุน งบดุล งบกระแสเงินสด ฯลฯ) และวิเคราะห์งบประมาณได้อย่างอิสระ * สนับสนุนงานตรวจสอบประจำปี และประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่เพื่อจัดทำงบการเงินรวม * รับผิดชอบในการยื่นแบบภาษี (เช่น VAT, WHT) และประสานงานกับที่ปรึกษาภาษี * ติดต่อสื่อสารกับฝ่ายการเงินสำนักงานใหญ่ที่ไต้หวัน * สนับสนุนงานบัญชีและธุรการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  2. 3–5 years of relevant experience (SME or multinational company experience is a plus)
  3. Able to prepare financial statements and internal reports independently
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTable)
  5. Good communication and reading/writing skills in Chinese, English, and Thai
  6. Experience with ERP systems is preferred
  7. Proactive, responsible, and capable of working under pressure
