Job Descriptions

- Act as the first point of contact for security issues and work with the right teams to fix problems quickly. - Help staff understand IT security policies, check that they follow the rules, and raise any risks. - Spot and report strange activities, cyberattacks, or phishing emails to the security team. - Work with the IT team to keep systems updated and fix security weaknesses. - Join emergency drills and help plan what to do if something goes wrong. - Look for ways to improve work processes and suggest simple ideas for improvement. - Work at the client's office and provide regular reports based on agreed tasks and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology. or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in IT Security, IT Support, or Network Administration.
Basic understanding of security frameworks such as NIST and CIS.
Familiar with key security controls including endpoint protection, identity and access management, and incident response.
Able to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments.
Comfortable working and coordinating with multinational teams.
