Job Descriptions
- Source and purchase materials, products, or services in line with company requirements - Compare prices, specifications, and delivery terms to select the best suppliers - Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchasing needs are met - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information - Evaluate supplier performance and build strong vendor relationships - Prepare reports related to purchasing activities
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related fiel
  2. At least 3 year of experience in purchasing or procurement (new graduates may be considered)
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
