Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with THAMON’s brand values and marketing goals. - Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. - Write scripts, outline concepts, and deliver engaging narratives through video formats. - Design basic graphics and visual assets using Canva, Photoshop, or Lightroom, ensuring visual consistency across all campaign materials. - Create captions and copy that reflect THAMON’s tone of voice and resonate with our audience. - Manage and maintain a content calendar for videos and social media posts. - Research trends in fashion, sustainability, and digital content to keep our storytelling fresh and relevant. - Collaborate with the marketing team and external creatives (e.g., photographers, stylists) to develop impactful campaigns. - Monitor content performance and provide insights based on analytics to improve engagement and reach. - Prepare performance reports and provide insights to refine future content strategies.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  2. Fluency in Thai and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. 2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
  4. Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging, viral content.
  5. Experience in content management and social media strategy.
  6. Excellent copywriting skills for digital and social media platforms.
  7. Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  10. Ability to understand brand concept and develop aligned visual and content direction.
