Job Descriptions
1. Plan and manage software projects to completion within timeframe and budget. 2. Prepare project documents such as project plans, requirements documents, technical specifications, and project reports 3. Monitor project progress, analyze risks, and resolve issues that arise. 4. Coordinate between the development team, UX/UI team, QA department and the client to ensure the project runs smoothly. 5. Provide advice and support to the software development team on related technical matters. 6. Participate in designing and reviewing work related to C#, .Net, React.js, Python, and JavaScript. 7. Review the design and implementation of SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases. 8. Communicate and report project status to stakeholders continuously.
Qualifications
  1. Have experience in the position of Project Manager or related for at least 2 years.
  2. Have knowledge in programming languages ​​C#, .Net, React.js, Python, and JavaScript.
  3. Expertise in managing SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
  4. Able to analyze project requirements and manage documents such as Requirement Document and Technical Specification.
  5. Understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum Methodology.
  6. Have the ability to analyze and manage project risks.
  7. Have good communication, coordination and team leadership skills.
  8. If you have experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project, it will be given special consideration.
  9. Be responsible, proactive and able to work under pressure.
