Job Descriptions

1. Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and demand forecasts. 2. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production departments to ensure sufficient materials and resources for production. 3. Monitor inventory levels and plan material requirements (MRP) to avoid shortages or excess. 4. Track and adjust production plans in response to changes such as equipment breakdowns, material delays, or workforce issues. 5. Analyze production data and prepare performance reports to evaluate efficiency and productivity. 6. Continuously improve production planning processes to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency. 7. Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure production schedules meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related fields
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/SAP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English or Chinese
