Job Descriptions
- Handle booking arrangements for sea export shipments of personal effects
- Coordinate with the packing team and NVOCC team.
- Prepare all necessary export documents.
- Coordinate with destination agents and provide required shipping documents.
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Ensure export procedures comply with Japanese customs and destination country regulations.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and export files in the system.
- Provide support to the Japanese management and team with assigned tasks, including preparing documents, reports, and other related duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related fields.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Have knowledge logistics industry.
- Customer service skills.
- Working Monday to Friday and a half-day on Saturday.
