Job Descriptions
• Main responsibility is GDC Export logistic operation function for Regions, Distributors AP/LATAM + OEM. • Support warehouse operations as requested from senior level. • Assist senior management in overseeing daily GDC export activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to plans. • Manage shipment activities for Global/AP customers regarding Finished Goods (FG). • Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) are up-to-date and relevant and inform the appropriate parties of any outdated or irregular procedures. • Coordinate dropping shipments and arrange shipping accordingly. • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and forwarders regarding shipment-related documents. • Support the handling of export shipment insurance and broker claims. • Prepare and maintain a monthly shipment/schedule summary with relevant documentation. • Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers at all times. • Ensure that export documents are properly maintained in the document library. • Prepare and submit the semi-annual FTZ report to customs. • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  1. At least 2-3 years of Warehouse & Logistic, import & export and related field experience is required.
  2. Degree in Supply Chain Management / Engineer / Logistics or related field
  3. Organizing and maintaining records, files, and databases
  4. Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  5. Good ability to work independently as well as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  6. Computer literacy skills.
