- รับสายโทรศัพท์ของลูกค้า ตอบคำถามเบื้องต้น , ข้อสงสัยของลูกค้า
- โอนสายลูกค้าไปยังหน่วยงานที่ลูกค้าต้องการติดต่อ
- บันทึกข้อมูลการรับสายของลูกค้า
- ประสานงานภายในบริษัท เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหากับลูกค้า
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 28 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช - ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- สามารถใช้ M/S Office ได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และการประสานงาน
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
