Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำบัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่าย (Handle day-to-day accounting: income/expenses and financial records)
2. ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จ ใบกำกับภาษี (Issue invoices, receipts, and tax documents)
3. วางบิลและติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า (Submit billing and follow up with clients on payments)
4. จัดทำรายงานภาษี และประสานงานสำนักงานบัญชี (Prepare tax reports (input/output VAT) and monthly financial summaries)
5. ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี Peak (Work with accounting software (Peak) and coordinate with outsourced accountants)
Qualifications
- ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชีหรือการเงิน (Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance)
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี (At least 1 year of relevant experience)
- รอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และทำงานตรงเวลา (Proficient in using Peak accounting software)
- ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี Peak ได้ดี (Detail-oriented, honest, and punctual)
