Essential Functions: - Converting business requirements into the most efficient Microsoft Dynamics AX models - Breakdown business processes, to map out and link any functional and non functional requirements - Analyzing and designing solutions for applications, matching processes that fit application requirements seamlessly - Manage gaps detected between during prototyping - Creating and maintaining ERP designs and coding standards as well as providing custom coding. - Prototyping and configuring Microsoft Dynamics processes that make the systems run smoothly and swiftly - Documenting the process, informing and preparing clients during critical moments in the project - Leading the testing of the proposed system - Training users and explaining complex reasoning behind changes.

Qualifications

Strong background in ERP concepts
7+ years Functional Consultant or relate, experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance and Supply Chain Management, Project Management Module
Experience participating in all stages of multiple Dynamics AX implementation projects.
Experience working in real estate development company will be advantageous.
Extensive knowledge of business processes.
Strong project management skills with effective results focus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
Age not more than 40 years
