Job Descriptions
1.Plan, control, and manage the overall purchasing operations according to the company’s plan and budget 2.Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain quality goods at competitive prices 3.Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) 4.Improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and manage risks 5.Coordinate with relevant departments such as warehouse, production, and finance 6.Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance 7.Prepare purchasing reports and present to management 8.Lead and develop the purchasing team to ensure high performance
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
  3. Strong negotiation, time management, and prioritization skills
  4. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  5. Strong leadership and team management abilities
  6. Good command of English
