Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลตารางนัดหมาย ประสานงาน และจัดเตรียมเอกสาร (Manage executive’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements)
2. ติดต่อสื่อสารแทนผู้บริหารในบางกรณี (Draft emails, coordinate communications, and assist with reports)
3. เดินทางไปทำงานนอกสถานที่ได้บ้าง (Occasionally accompany executive to site visits or meetings)
4. ทำงานรวดเร็ว จัดการหลายเรื่องได้พร้อมกัน (Handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines)
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา (Bachelor’s degree in any field)
- ใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี (Strong command of Microsoft Office)
- หากสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage)
- บุคลิกดี มีความมั่นใจ และแก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้ดี (Professional appearance, high initiative, and strong communication skills)
