Job Descriptions
1. New Business Development – Process Improvement & New Product Development •Process Analysis and Improvement Planning: Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks, and propose optimized processes. •Business Development: Identify new opportunities for both in-store and online media (particularly for Demo Power’s sampling and activation activities). •Opportunity Evaluation: Assess business opportunities through various models, such as joint ventures or media professional services. •Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to explore new revenue streams and enhance net profit. •Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate multiple strategic projects from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives. •Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and ROI assessments to evaluate the impact of new business initiatives. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Operations, Training, Retail, and Sales teams to align and execute growth strategies. •Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to continuously refine and optimize business initiatives. 2. Project Management Office (PMO) •Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects across business units, ensuring timely and within budget delivery including Marketing and Awareness aspect and other related projects in alignment of the company’s direction •Tool Utilization: Utilize project management tools to track progress and drive efficiency. •Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact among internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to align on project goals. •Reporting & Communication: Prepare detailed progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership. •Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to support the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  2. At least 5 years in operational and process Improvement, management consulting, business development, project management, or new business development strategy.
  3. Direct experience in the Media, FMCG, Retailer-related industry or being a part of a project set up team is highly.
  4. Familiarity with PMO functions, financial modeling, and strategic planning is advantageous. Skills & Competencies.
  5. Project Management: Proven experience with PMO methodologies and project management tools.
  6. Analytical & Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, P&L analysis, and data interpretation.
  7. Strategic Expertise: Deep understanding of business strategy development and execution aimed at driving revenue growth and profitability.
  8. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  9. Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  10. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  11. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Prior experience in establishing and operating new business initiatives is highly valued.
