Job Descriptions
Entry-Level Job Hybrid: Office 2 days/week at Sun Tower (Chatuchak)
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues through LINE Official Account and Email support
  • Master our E-Commerce Listening product and services to effectively troubleshoot and solve customer problems
  • Accurately log and document customer cases and issues for proper tracking
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Collaborate with Technical and Business teams to develop solutions for customer challenges
  • Explain technical issues clearly and provide step-by-step guidance for product and service-related problems
  • Support the Business Solutions team with technical questions and expertise
  • Conduct customer onboarding and manage post-sale customer journey to ensure retention and satisfaction

    Qualifications
    1. Bachelor's degree required
    2. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support roles
    3. Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and genuine passion for customer service
    4. Ability to thrive in a team environment
    5. Bonus points: Previous support experience with software companies
    6. Bonus points: Proficiency in written English (Email)
