- วางแผน, ควบคุม, ดูแล และบริหารงานในแผนกผลิต และซ่อมบำรุงให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท Plan, control, supervise and manage Production Dept and Maintenance section conform with company policy. - กำหนดเป้าหมายการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัท เพื่อให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด Assign target to production and performance in accordance with company policy. - วางแผนการผลิตให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด Planning production for effectively. - จัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการผลิต เช่น ขั้นตอนการทำงาน (Procedure), มาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน (Standard) เป็นต้น Operate document production system : Procedure, Standard Operating, Work Instruction. - จัดอบรมและสอนงานเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะความรู้ ความสามารถให้แก่พนักงานใต้บังคับบัญชา Preparation and training multi skill for employees. - ตรวจสอบ และติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานใต้บังคับบัญชาให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ Check and follow up performance of subordinate to achive target. - ทำการสรุปรายงานการผลิต,ปัญหาการผลิต,ของเสียจากการผลิตของแผนก ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชารับทราบ Provide the report to commander such as Production report, NG report and problem report. - ให้ความร่วมมือ และปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย หรือคำสั่งในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่ทางแผนกและบริษัทกำหนดขึ้นมาอย่างเคร่งครัด Cooperation and conform with company policy and attend to all company activities. - ปรับเปลี่ยนหรือโยกย้ายหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของพนักงานได้ตามความเหมาะสมหรือเห็นสมควรตามสถานการณ์ของบริษัท Change and/or transfer duties of employees by suitable of company situation. - ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายคุณภาพ และการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม Conform by Quality and Environment policy. - หน้าที่อื่น ที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย Other duties assigned by Managing director.

Qualifications

- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 38-45 ปี
Bachelor Degree , Experience Production of product of rubber task not less than 4 years
IATF16949, ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 ,Computer Skill
Service mind, Team player, Coaching and leadership skill
- สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้ บริษัทไม่มีรถรับส่ง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Rubber
เคยผ่านงานเกี่ยวกับการ production, engineering , Planing จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีภาวะผู้นำสูง สามารถอดแรงกดดันได้ ,- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี/ชอบช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น
-มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
